LE COMPTOIR CONSTANCE

Lovely place with lovely staff! The deer and beef burgers were awesome. They come with fries and a fabulous, tasty salad. Highly recommended. ????

I hope this message finds you well. As a regular client of Comptoir Restaurant at Constance, I feel compelled to share my recent experience.

On my last visit, I was accompanied by my mother and three friends. Unfortunately, we were met with several disappointments. Despite the serious demeanor of the girls working there, I have continued to patronize your restaurant because of the kind and smiling chef who consistently prepares excellent food.

However, I must address the service quality. The girl at the counter, who is plump and dark-skinned, along with another plump, Asian-looking girl with glasses, and a gentleman with a moustache, are notably unsmiling , aloof and rough.

We all got the impression that our presence was bothering the staff. When taking our orders, several items were missed, and the staff appeared visibly annoyed when we reminded them that our order was incomplete.
The service was indeed pathetic, and the plates and utensils we received had broken edges. Such conditions are unacceptable and have significantly affected our lunching experience.

Additionally, i must say that the staff except the chef seem to lack proper training and customer service standards. This, too, is concerning.

Given these issues, I regret to say that I do not recommend le Comptoir Restaurant.at all.II hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for all your customers in the future.

Décevant en même pas un an, je passe d'un burger digne de son nom (pain fait maison avec la viande généreuse)
Et...
Je reviens de loin pour re déguster le meme menu et cette fois ci je accompagné d'amis en recommendant fortement le burger venison.

Grosse deception, la taille et la grosseur équivaut a peine a la moitié de ce que c'était et bien évidemment que le prix lui n'a pas changé.

Le rapport qualité prix n'est plus le même.
Ca ne m'aurait pas dérangé de payer plus cher pour la qualité de ce que c'était avant.
Du gâchis !!!!
