DEER HUNTER
An atmosphere of African lodge for this fully opened restaurant on nature and nestled on the edge of Golf Legend. In the day, we observe the players on the greens, but at night we would leave almost on the trip… Laid at the edge of a water plan where dozens of biches profiler their graciles shadows in evening softness, Deer Hunter seems a hunting camp in distant countries. Hay of seaside and marine atmospheres, the place breathes the earth and, would it say, the savannah! Traditional products from Mauritian territory to which the chef has been able to inculcate his modern touch are savoured. Walnut oil urchin and its sweet pepper foam with sweet pepper, fricassee fricassee and its love apple compote, ice cream in rum Saint-aubin and its Macha tea Biscuit… At noon: a lighter menu of sandwiches and fresh salads.
