Crystal Beach boasts a vast seafront overlooking all 234 rooms and suites. Space is the guiding principle of this resort, designed to accommodate couples, families (kids' and teens' clubs) and groups. With so much to offer (2 pools, 2 bars, 4 restaurants), it's not so much a place for cocooning as for value for money, with a wide range of activities including kitesurfing, diving, etc. and even a mini-Aqualand!

Biju Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel no 4.10.23 līdz 14.10.23. Ierodoties viesnīcā 8.00 no rīta uzreiz mus aizveda brokastīs, pēc tam piedavaja telpas dušai un pārğērbties. Check- in ir 15.00. Bet mums laipni teica ka darīs visu iespējamo,lai mēs tiktu numurā ātrāk. Un 12.00 dienā mēs jau bijām savā istabā. Darbinieks Sanjay aizveda mūs uz istabu un pēc 2min cits darbinieks atnesa mūsu bagāžu. Kopumā visi darbinieki ir ļoti laipni,smaida, palīdz pie jebkuras problēmas. Teritorija hotelim ir super skaista,tīra, kopta, palmas ir galvenā rota. Pludmale ir īstā paradīze, baltās smiltis,tirkīzkrāsā okeans,saule, palmas. Pludmale publiska- var staigāt gar krastu cik tālu vari. Sunbed hotelim pludmale ir daudz, jebkurā laikā var nākt un būs daudz brīvu sunbed. Arī pludmales dvieļi ir vairumā un brīvi apmaināmi bez problēmām. Istaba ir liela, skaista, seifs ir, bez maksas, balkons liels un ērts, var būt putni baloži var traucēt ar savu skaņu,bet tā ir daba. Istabu uzkopšana ir katru dienu un darbinieces ļoti laipnas papildina i tualetes ruļļus,dvieļus,ūdens pudeles.Ēdiens ir pietiekošs un dažādai gaumei, vakaros ir shows, krāsainas dejas mākslinieku izpildijumā. Un check-out man bija 4.00 no rīta, un bija uzklātas brokastis tiem,kas agri izrakstās- kafija,maizītes kūciņas,sieri,jogurti- super! Vārdu sakot, hotelis ir super! Staff super! Pludmale un viesnīcas Teritorija super! Vienīgā darvas karote medus mucā ir wi-fi. Wi-fi ir reception un tas arī viss, citās vietas,istabā internets drīzāk nav,kā ir. Arī televizors manā istabā nestrādāja. Un ekskursijas varat droši pirkt pie Nina Taxi counter in the lobby, ļoti laipna atsaucīga darbiniece, visu izstāstīs un organizēs. Ir ari hotelim Aqualand ar trubām un skaistām izklaidēm bērniem. Kopumā- ļoti laba viesnīca, laipni darbinieki, izcila pludmale! Noteikti iesaku šo viesnīcu visiem un ja būs man tāda iespēja noteiti atgriezīšos te vēl reiz.

Lekker en gevarieerd eten, in zijn totaliteit.

This hotel is more like a 2 star property. Staff are extremely unwelcoming! Rooms are really dirty...sand on the sheets...curtains and pillow covers have stains. Toothbrush holders are covered with dust. Limited food variety. Room was ready for 3pm. Only 1 room key for 2 adults. No towel cards were given at the time of check in. Had to go back to get it!!
Only the beach is nice.

We regret that we could not make your stay more enjoyable as we strive daily to provide guests with our hospitality and well-being. We apologise for the issues in the room that you have encountered. We have made aware of your comment to our Head Housekeeper who will relook in their training plan to avoid such occurrence. I would like to share with you, that our check-in is 3pm and Guest receive one Room card but if you wish a second card the team of the Reception would had gladly assist you in this matter. We host guests from all over the world every day, many guests enjoy a great time with us and appreciate what our hotel offers to guests, especially when it comes to our food and drinks and we receive a lot of positive feedback for that.
