Crystal Beach boasts a vast seafront overlooking all 234 rooms and suites. Space is the guiding principle of this resort, designed to accommodate couples, families (kids' and teens' clubs) and groups. With so much to offer (2 pools, 2 bars, 4 restaurants), it's not so much a place for cocooning as for value for money, with a wide range of activities including kitesurfing, diving, etc. and even a mini-Aqualand!

The lack of professionalism and politeness exhibited by the reservation team has been disheartening. Clear communication and accurate pricing are essential elements of customer service, and regrettably, these seem to be lacking in their interactions.
In light of my recent experiences, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to others. It is disheartening to witness a decline in the quality of service, especially as a returning customer who has previously enjoyed positive interactions with the company.
Overall, I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the efficiency and professionalism of their reservation team to ensure a more positive experience for their customers. Until then, based on my recent encounters, I cannot recommend their services.
