This is the country's second-largest terrestrial National Park. It is criss-crossed by a number of easy, well-marked trails, leading to historical relics (a sugar mill and a lime kiln dating from colonial times) and several cavities dug into the lava. The park is also a great place for birdwatching, particularly at Mare Sarcelle lake. The park is also home to rare indigenous flora - ebony trees, ferns and more.
