A few years ago, this historic downtown restaurant relocated to the green, next to the Corson factory, opposite the tea plantations. Nature takes center stage even in the industrial, plant-based dining room, as well as on the menu, where vegetarian dishes feature prominently, such as green tagliatelle with spinach and caripoulé pesto. Otherwise, all the house classics are there: palm soufflé and shrimps in red sauce, crab gratin, beef dry curry, Bougrement bon and its vanilla cream... A sure bet.
