Notre chauffeur guide Rajan était au top, il nous a appris beaucoup de choses sur cette belle ile. Je recommande Sam Tour ainsi que son guide.

Nous avons fait appel aux services de Sam bien avant notre arrivée sur place pour effectuer nos différents transfer sur l'île Maurice. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le service était là, chauffeur ponctuel et agréable, voiture confortable, propre. Ils sont très réactifs aux échanges via WhatsApp. Cela nous a permis de modifié nos transferts en excursion ou encore de faire appel à eux pour un transfer plus tôt que prevu (4h du matin!). Ils ont toujours su être là et arrangeant. Nous avons visité le sud de l'île avec Sam qui était un excellent guide. Nous souhaitons une belle continuation à eux et n'hésiterons pas à revenir vers eux ou a les conseillé à nos ami(e)s.

If you choose this company, just don't be careless like I was, and don't assume it's perfect just because it has only 5 star reviews. I do not recommend it.

Our driver stopped at tourist traps. One example: At the market, he warned us to be careful as some merchants could be scammers. He directed us to where we 'could' buy things. We negotiated the price down by 50%, and our driver approved, saying that's a good price. Later, we found the same products in a tourist shop, priced ten times cheaper. When we informed the driver, he said he didn't know all the prices.

After my initial 4 star review on Google, the driver called and messaged me, insisting to delete the review. His boss had told him he will get fired if i do not delete it. He also offered us money, but for me it was about trust and telling other tourists about our experience with the company and not money (i didn’t take any money). I never heard anything from the company itself, what i think is a bit weird. Out of sympathy, I deleted my first review, but ultimately, I don't want other customers to make the same mistakes.

On the positive side, he was friendly, the car was clean, and he also showed us some good spots. We also booked an airport transfer, which was good.

In the end minus 1 star due to the experience at the market and minus 1 star because the company puts huge pressure on the driver for my non 5 star review.

M. Mike Tyson, notre chauffeur, était serviable, courtois et généreux avec son temps et ses informations sur l'île. Par rapport aux autres services que nous avons utilisés, leur prix est également très raisonnable. Notre chauffeur était ponctuel et nous a amenés à notre destination à Tamassa Bel Ombre en toute sécurité et dans les délais. Service excellent

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour avec nishal, il a été très serviable, ponctuel & très arrangeants. il nous a recommandé pleins d’activites pas prévu a tres bon prix!
