Housed in the former premises of the historic Floreal Knitwear textile factory, completely renovated and redesigned to meet today's needs, Nouvelle Usine is an innovative, multi-faceted place to live and work. Its shopping offer is particularly attractive, with some 15 boutiques featuring local designers, or stores showcasing Mauritian know-how such as My Pop-Up Store. Also restaurants and cafés. We love the way this old industrial building has been reappropriated by an eco-committed and creative ecosystem - and the stunning interior design!
