This is the most stylish restaurant in Port Mathurin. At the helm is Frenchman Romain, a sommelier by training and a great lover of this little piece of island. In a chic bistro atmosphere, decorated with more than the average attention to detail, he offers French cuisine that speaks Rodriguan (or vice versa), accompanied by fine wines. Products are chosen from local suppliers and the menu plays on the two terroirs with a selection of elaborate or more classic dishes (Trio de carpaccio, Jambon braisé, Tartare de boeuf au couteau) and good pizzas.
