Brother of the famous Min Koo alias Marcel, the king of pork sausage, whose gleaming orange-yellow hut has always stood in the port area, Georges displays his Chinese origins through a simple, fast cuisine made up mainly of boiled mines with a variety of additions - beef, chicken, minced pork, ourite, salmon etc. - and also dumplings, roasted eggs, inverted bowls, broths... to choose from in full or half portions. We appreciate the impeccable cleanliness of the place and the friendly courtyard at the back.

Fresh and delicious fried Mauritian snacks like di pain frire, fruit a pain, brinzelle, gato pima ❤️ He's just on the side of the road, doling them out. So good! I went back for seconds.
