Small pension totally renovated with an interior patio with rooms on 3 floors

Very close to the Museum of Fine Arts, this small pension which offers more than ten rooms has totally renovated the place since 2018. This has resulted in new sanitary facilities, new floors and the installation of air conditioning. Spread over three floors (no lift), the rooms face either the street or the interior patio. If you want a balcony, choose the street side. Coffee and soft drink vending machine at the reception. It is a simple address, but quiet and pleasant.

Relación calidad precio muy bien para ser Sevilla. A demás al lado del Museo de Bellas Artes y junto a la estación de autobuses de Plaza de Armas. Calle de paso pero muy bien insonorizado. La habitación un poco pequeña para mí gusto, pero para pasar una o dos noches, o si apenas vas a estar en él excepto para dormir ¡es perfecta! Y muy, muy limpia. El colchón y las almohadas bien. La dueña y su hijo que fueron los que nos atendieron encantadores y con muy buena disposición. Además tienen máquinas expendedoras de agua y refrescos y para picar algo. Las puertas tanto la de la habitación como la de la entrada se abren con códigos por lo que para mí es una comodidad. Así, que sí, repetiría.

Recepcionistas muy amable. La habitación y el baño pequeños pero muy limpios. Y la ubicación es excelente para llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interés.

Ubicación inmejorable, la habitación, aún siendo pequeña, ha sido muy cómoda, buena cama, aire acondicionado y una limpieza en mayúsculas. Y qué decir de Macarena !!! Eres una profesional de aúpa, junto al resto del equipo. Volveré.
