Se espera mucho más de un 4 estrellas. En la habitación cabe la cama, de 1.80, y poco más. Sin armarios y ni un cajón, una estructura de metal sin puertas con 5 perchas y baldas que impide deshacer las maletas. La ventana pequeña, dando al interior, y no puedes abrirla porque te ven y oyen al pasar, y la puerta de la habitación está a los pies de la cama. Se escucha la habitación de arriba a través de las bovedillas. No hay personal a partir de las 23:00 hasta la mañana siguiente. La ubicación es buena pero esperábamos mucho más de un 4 estrellas.

Un Hotel lindo con muy buena ubicación. Muy centrico pero sin ruido. Descansamos perfectamente. El desayuno muy completo y con mucha variedad. Las chicas de la recepción son super amables y atentas a cualquier consulta. Todo perfecto.

Para pasear por el centro de Jerez sin los inconvenientes ni el bullicio.
Palacete precioso y excelente decoracion, asi como las recepcionistas que son su principal activo, efecientes amables y simpaticas.
