The cellars Barbadillo have produced since 1821 the manzanilla, this typical fine wine but also the most common white wine of Andalusia (most appreciated by Spanish consumers: 54% of total consumption). This family company with its brands (Solear or Muy Fina) boasts to be still 100% Spanish. The whole range of wines from Jerez rises in this wine cathedral around the castle of Santiago and the Coto in Doñana.
