The restaurant was taken over in July 2024 by Aurore and Cyril, a couple from Aveyron. They offer family-style cooking using local produce. Everything is homemade, including the bread, which is excellent, and their ice creams. The foie gras served on a delicious lightly toasted brioche is a delight. Copious, gourmet and well-presented plates. The menu changes every Thursday. The room is warm and inviting, with its exposed stone walls and wood-burning stove, not to mention the breathtaking view of Mont Mézenc. Beautiful terrace.
