Located in Chaudeyrolles, La Maison du Fin Gras is an interactive museum that invites you to discover the traditional breeding of Fin Gras, recognized by a Protected Designation of Origin .throughfilms, models, photos and games, you'll learn more about thesecrets of this exceptional meat, produced by oxen and heifers raised on hay and grass in the Mézenc terroir .the museum also organizes numerous agri-cultural events, including farm visits, botanical walks, themed hikes, meals and festive events, andwelcomes associations, excursionists and school groups for group visits all year round.there'salso a store where you can buy products made in Mézenc, such as charcuterie, honeys, jams, liqueurs, etc. A museum well worth a visit for an enriching discovery !
