Church with a remarkable altarpiece, one of the most significant examples of late Gothic Gaditan, in Medina Sidonia.
Built partly on the site of a former Arab mosque, this church from the first half of the 16th century is one of the most significant examples of late-Gaditanian Gothic. Its main altarpiece is an authentic jewel, consisting of 22 floors and supported by 40 columns. The architecture is Plateresque, while the images are Mannerist (168, 80 of which are full-length).
