Set away from the town and surrounded by olive groves, this former 16th-century convent has been converted into a beautiful hotel since 2009. It offers twenty-one very comfortable rooms, some with private gardens. It also boasts the quality of its El Refectorio restaurant, run by chef Germán González, who focuses on local produce, sourced directly from the hotel's own farm garden. Guests also have access to a swimming pool and spa. A dream stay at the foot of the Torcal mountains.
