On two floors with walls adorned with empaillées bulls'heads setting photo walls linked to tauromachique art, everyone is there to taste good meats and meats associated with gouleyants wines in a typical setting. Faced with the arenas, for over thirty years, this classic gastronomy of Ronda has not changed its formula too much and, given the successful success, why would it do so? Just made it possible to open another restaurant nearby, Sol y Sombra, in a more sober setting.
