Wat een fijn hotel midden in het oude centrum. Echt een aanrader voor als je 's avonds in het oude en gezellige centrum wilt eten. Het enige is....je kunt niet bij het hotel parkeren, de auto staat in de locale parkeergarage meer die is op een paar minuten afstand.

We had a wonderful stay at La Fonda, the building is so beautiful and the staff were amazing! So helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. The location is great as it is close to everything but in a quieter area. We will stay again! Thank you La Fonda team, you are amazing!

Preciosa arquitectura, casona histórica en pleno casco antiguo de Marbella. Destacables los patios andaluces y el rooftop con vistas a los tejados. Personal muy atento y amable. Habitaciones algo pequeñas,

Three nights and we have one more night to stay but had to write a review as we are so impressed by the hotel and the staff. The attention to detail is commendable. The staff leave small treats before bed time and also if they know you were peckish while the kitchen is closed. Breakfast is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Also, you must dine at the restaurant because the food is impressive. While be recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely 5-star in every way. Service, attention, staff, food, drinks, location, comfort and luxury. I booked the entire hotel for a 4-night trip for 40pax and everything went so smoothly from the first contact, and throughout the stay. Our guests’ expectations were surpassed. Highly recommended La Fonda in Marbella old town. Thank you.

Very kind personel, great check-in and fast checkout. Nice breakfast with some local flavour even though I’d appreciate more local food. Room was small and with no proper wardrobe or a luggage holder. Shower is actually in the room just separated by a glass wall. Not an issue if you travel alone, not ideal if you travel with friends or relatives. Not sure if i’d book it again

Klein und fein. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhig. Wir waren begeistert. Das Personal ist einfach so nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Vintage Nights sind sehr schön gewesen. Das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut und ebenso die Weinempfehlungen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Momente und die wunderbare Zeit. Besonderer Dank an Horche (falls der Name falsch geschrieben ist, bitte nicht übel nehmen ????. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank ????

We stayed as a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 baby) for 3 nights at La Fonda. The service we received was outstanding. We felt comfortable at the hotel and staff (especially Hasan) went out of their way to look after us. Hasan even went out to get bananas for my little one for breakfast! Breakfast was high quality. The location of the hotel was also ideal, in the middle of the old town. We stayed in a Deluxe room which was lovely, just perhaps slightly small for us with a baby. If we come back we will book a bigger room. Thank you for having us!

Una maravilla en el centro de Marbella; para disfrutar del pueblo y sus gentes.

Mi pareja y yo nos permitimos recientemente una escapada de una noche en La Fonda Heritage Hotel en el casco antiguo de Marbella, y superó todas nuestras expectativas.

Desde el momento en que pusimos un pie en el hotel, fuimos recibidos con calidez y hospitalidad. El personal, especialmente Manuel y Matteo, hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que cada aspecto de nuestra estancia se adaptara a nuestras preferencias. Incluso me ayudaron a organizar un montaje sorpresa de cumpleaños para mi pareja, lo que añadió una capa extra de magia a nuestra experiencia.

La atención al detalle en todo el hotel fue impecable. Nuestra habitación no sólo era lujosa sino que también estaba cuidadosamente arreglada para reflejar nuestros gustos. Cada rincón de La Fonda desprendía encanto y carácter, contribuyendo al ambiente general de relajación e indulgencia.

También desayunamos en el restaurante del hotel y nos sorprendió gratamente que la calidad de la comida estuviera a la altura del excepcional servicio, haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente memorable.

No puedo expresar suficiente gratitud a todo el equipo del hotel La Fonda Heritage por su dedicación para garantizar que nuestra estancia fuera nada menos que perfecta. Gracias por ayudarnos a crear recuerdos inolvidables que atesoraremos durante años.

Si busca una escapada de ensueño en el casco antiguo de Marbella, no busque más allá de La Fonda Heritage Hotel. No le decepcionará.

Maravillosa experiencia tanto en la estancia como el trato exquisito al cliente. Volveré pronto sin duda alguna.

We could not recommend La Fonda Heritage Hotel highly enough.  It is easily one of the most luxurious, peaceful, and bespoke hotels we've stayed in.  We've stayed in other boutique hotels in Marbella, but this hotel is in a different league.  Every last detail has been considered in its design and decor.  Your every need is accommodated, from the general areas where you can relax in privacy and peace, to the delicious food in the restaurant where you can watch the team in the kitchen prepare everything, to the beautiful bedrooms that are bright, spacious, immaculate, and impeccably designed.  It's hard to choose a stand-out aspect about this hotel, but the incredible team deserves a special mention.  The friendliness and warmth of the staff surpasses that of any other hotel we've stayed in.  Our every need was considered by Sanaz and Manuel at reception; we were greeted by name each time we passed through the foyer.  Laura, Diego, and Luis greeted us with warm smiles each morning when we arrived for breakfast and attended to our every need.  Hotel management chose well when selecting its staff.  If you wish to stay in a truly unique hotel where you feel like a welcomed guest rather than a number, La Fonda Heritage is a perfect choice.

Inolvidable estancia en este acogedor hotel, tanto el personal que trabajan en él como las instalaciones nos hicieron sentir huéspedes especiales durante nuestras vacaciones, recomendable al 100%.

Pasar por el Bar, mucha variedad en las bebidas y cocktail, decoración y ambiente muy acogedor y agradable recomendable

We recently stayed at La Fonda Heritage Hotel for an in-depth article about Marbella and area - and we couldn't have picked a better place. If we would have to pick only one thing that stands out, then we would say the service. Such attention, such a level of perfection. And as Adrian, the Maitre de Maison told us, "No" is a word that does not exist at a Relais & Chateaux.

But there is much more to this boutique hotel. Such as ... the location! It can't be any better - unless you prefer a beach side resort. But that's not what La Fonda is about. A wonderful completely restored heritage building in the old town's Plaza de Santo Cristo square with its chapel, whitewashed buildings, flower-draped balconies, and narrow, winding streets. Many restaurants just steps away, and walking through the streets and alleys is a delight.

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and a roof top patio overlooking the old town with the mountains and the sea in the distance.

Breakfast was another highlight and we can't wait to try the restaurant the next time we're in town.
