Mi esperiencia no a sido de las mejores, el hotel dicen 3 estrellas, pero 1estrella es mucho, la habitación no es nada que aparece en la foto el baño dios mío sin comentarios el sofá cama no se puede dormir se hunde,es muy incómodo, el personal q nus atendió son muy amable , el bueno q el hotel está en pleno centro comercial.yo particularmente no volverías.

Hotel de excelente relación calidad-precio. Además, el servicio al cliente, insuperable. Las personas de la recepción y de la cafetería-restaurante super amables y simpáticas. Hice dos reservas, en la primera disfruté de su hospitalidad y servicio. Mi segunda reserva no pude disfrutarla porque me surgió un imprevisto, y no había posibilidad de reembolso del dinero porque había seleccionado una oferta en la que no se podía, pero aún así ellos hicieron todo lo posible por no hacerme el cargo en la tarjeta, y no me cobraron nada, todo ello con mucha profesionalidad y trato humano.
