The sweet and salty cake decorated with a layer of foie gras, goat cheese and the famous membrillo (quince), all caramelized, is spectacular. Red shrimp served as a starter and cooked in coarse salt will be perfect for a first course. All dishes are cooked to melt in the mouth. Meat and fish will be served with wines selected according to your dishes. A wine cellar is installed underneath the restaurant to taste them before the meal. The collection is really impressive, with prices that can go up very high for a 1965 Vega Sicilia. The service is especially attentive and personalized. Everything is served just in time for the dishes to keep their flavours. The restaurant itself is decorated with many details to have a very pleasant time. The shape of the plates is as amazing as the food, or the decoration of the cakes.
