This well-managed hotel, located in the upper part of the village, offers twenty-five functional rooms in two buildings (1 and 2 stars), one modern and classy, the other older and more modest. A good place to sleep, but also to dine, as Antonio Espinosa's house has a restaurant that prepares excellent, hearty traditional Alpujarreño meals and well-served grandma's suggestions(migas, grilled lamb, pork ribs with honey, hunter's rice, fig flan), accompanied by Contraviesa wines, which are not lacking in appeal! The only cons are that you have to walk to the hotel unless you are a VERY good driver on VERY narrow streets. Also, the halls kind of echo so it's very easy to hear people coming and going. Having said that, I never had a problem with getting to sleep or being woken up.
