LA TINAJA
Since we are in Guadix, we might as well go to dinner in a restaurant set up in a cave and we will reach the heights, to the north, beyond the railway station. Specialized in grilling since 1998, the small brewery of the beginning has grown and has become the reference in its field, high quality meats, grilled over a wood fire. This earned her the National Gastronomy Award in 2016. To enjoy its large boards with very large grills, you can sit down in one of the many corners of the restaurant. Small appetites abstain, but for others, pleasure is guaranteed. It is better to book if you want to spend the weekend.
