LA PINCELADA
In a revisited industrial room, this coffee restaurant, opened in 2015, proposes to showcase local products while providing a touch of inefficiency in their preparation. The specialties: grassy cod and its candied garlic muslin (bacalao gratinado con muselina de ajo confitado) but also many revueltos. Also a pretty tapas card for the smallest faims, such as the fried camembert with red peppers or the Iberian ham toast covered with a quail egg. And perhaps you will respect one of the rules laid down by the house at the entrance: ' forget the plans'.
