CORTIJO RURAL LA COLMENILLA

At 1 250 m above sea level, between Valdepeñas de Jaén and Frailes and, about 25 km northeast of Alcála la Real, for a completely unprecedented stay in the heart of Sierra Sur's nature, José Mudarra Castro, a farmer, has three net and very rustic homes (partly using solar energy). The thematic cottages (marroquí, cazadores/hunters…) for 6 to 8 personens include fairly simple (but comfortable, and marked by Christianity of this place), lounges with fireplaces, well-equipped kitchens, heating, TV, access to washing machine, and even, for two of them, terraces. Besides the bonus of a beautiful circular and healthy swimming pool, a garden with barbecue or a solarium, the place is ideal for departures of bucolic hiking (walking, horse or mountain biking).
