It's also an opportunity to learn about the impressive career of the Gálvez González family who, after making their way in the building trade, have more than succeeded in their reconversion to the production of top-quality oils, regularly awarded prizes in Spain and abroad. During a highly educational tour, you'll learn all about the different types of olives, and the selection and treatment processes. And, of course, you can taste and learn to recognize the different oils. In the boutique, you'll be able to shop and perhaps try the oil-based marmalades or oil pearls used by local chefs.
