Since March 2023, this Acebuche has replaced the former Pintada. Chef Axel Guilbert, who previously worked in the kitchens of Barcelona's Disfrutar restaurant, is at the helm. His aim: to create a gourmet restaurant showcasing local produce, executed with a personal touch. Don't hesitate to try star dishes such as Cazorla trout or cordero segureño (local lamb), and finish with a dessert combining cookie and virgin olive oil ice cream. Enjoy in the lounge or on the orange-tree patio.
