Housed in a 16th-century Renaissance convent designed by architect Andrés del Vandelvira, the restaurant's first delight is the quality of its setting and the care taken over the interior decoration. Chef Juan Carlos García focuses on local produce and vegetables. Try the tasting menu, which includes a dish of tomatoes, fennel and chickpeas; green peppers with caviar and liquorice; or toffee with white radish and ham. Service to match.
