REGADERA
This small restaurant near the river quickly entered the list of interesting novelties in Cordoba. Its refined decoration, which is all white except a few colors shade, attracts many. The head chef Adrián Caballero who has worked in Japan, Italy or Greece, his traditional kosher cuisine (creamy salmorejo, bull tail, roast milk pig…) is a "world" key. Thanks to a fresh and seasonal product base, it is generally restored. Furthermore, its healthy terrace is very pleasant in the beautiful days and the service is rather nice though sometimes a little slow.
