LA LLAVE DE LA JUDERIA * * *
Establishment that offers nine rooms with a richly decorated interior at very reasonable prices in Córdoba
As for accommodation, you'll find nine very neat and very trendy rooms, very (or too much) decorated: antiques, collections of fans, works of art, tapestry... and very well-equipped with connected computer, a plasma-screen TV, bathroom with hydromassage.... But it's its catering service that made the reputation of this typical Judería house, hosting good Cordoba families for nearly 50 years, still considered as one of the best addresses of the city. Its speciality is churrasco cordobés con salsas arabes, a pork's cut cooked with its sauces. At the end of the meal after salmorejo, fish or meat, braised à la plancha or cooked, Rafael Carillo, the cook will on request, make you visit the cellars (a small Wine museum), with lounges and a patio, which houses some of the best bottles from Andalusia. Jacques Chirac or King Juan Carlos used to visit this place on their way to Cordoba.
