Hotel with a breathtaking panoramic view from its terrace and privileged access to the typical Calleja de las Flores

Housed in a house that once belonged to a poet, this establishment (inaugurated in 2011) owned by a Persian publishing group, somewhere between a high-end bed & breakfast and a luxury boutique hotel, boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mezquita's patio and the city from its terrace, as well as numerous pieces of archaeology of great historical value. Housed in a 14th-century building that was once part of the neighboring Convento de la Encarnación, this intimate hotel offers privileged access to the typical Calleja de las Flores and a personalized, multilingual welcome. Arranged around three patios, one of which boasts an orange tree over one hundred and fifty years old, there are just ten charming rooms, two of which have private views, all with new quality bedding, sofas and flat-screen TVs. Luminous, the spaces appear in restful hues (white, off-white, brown, beige) and with furniture sourced from the stocks of the city's best antique dealers. The only drawback is the early-morning ringing of bells from the nearby mosque-cathedral.

Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located boutique hotel. Amazing rooftop views and the set up in the room for our daughter was perfect. The champagne and fresh fruit upon arrival set the tone for our stay, and the concierge was more than helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the yogurt can’t be missed!
