Capricho andaluz, an oil from the hojiblanca variety with herbal notes, or Dominio de la Esperanza, from the picuda variety with intense fruity notes, are just a few examples of the oils offered by the Aceites de Cabra association, which brings together five producers from this municipality where olive trees occupy almost two-thirds of the land (around 18,000 ha out of 23,000). Presented in an attractive black box, they are ideal for garnishing a gourmet basket or giving as a gift to friends, but not without a tasting session beforehand.
