BODEGAS MORA CHACÓN
It was in the calle San Pedro de Lucena and the former San Domingo convent of which he owned, that the first of the dynasty, D. José de Mora y Madroñero, knight of Carlos III and Isabelle the Catholic founded the first bodega in 1891, with an old family winery. Work pursued in the same place by his heirs. The quality of the wines produced, aged in American oak barrels, earned the bodega the honor of receiving the title of "supplier of the wines of the royal house" and the privilege that it was awarded to the very hands of the reagent, Marie-Christine of Bourbon-Siciles. It was in 1982 that the bodegas joined their current place, or the descendants of José de Mora y Madroñero perpetuated this family work. Who would hesitate to taste the wines of kings?
