The train station is linked to the bus station: an intermodal station. On paper, 4 direct trains to Granada (via Guadix) and Seville (via Antequera and Osuna), a few connections to Barcelona and especially Madrid. Under construction for several months, journeys end up by bus on arrival in Almeria, which is best avoided. Instead, use the bus station. For international connections, the Movelia and Flixbus companies are available. For connections to the rest of the province, Alsa/ Alsina Graellls sur.
