In an ancient mill over 200 years old, the local and market cuisine is of a fairly high standard. On the terrace or inside the four rooms with stone walls and wooden beams, you can order the baked goat, the cod with honey and almonds or the hare with snails. Or why not duck breast, served with chestnuts in Armagnac? From its summer terrace you can also enjoy the views of the Mahimón, the mountain that is the birthplace of the Indalo, a prehistoric figure that has become the symbol of Almeria.
