After a two-year closure, the Au Grandgousier restaurant, a local landmark, resumed business on Monday February 26, 2024. At the helm is Fabien Masson, a resident of Craponne-sur-Arzon for some thirty years. His cuisine is simple but generous, using local produce and offering excellent value for money. A typical village bistro, where the locals like to meet. A large, pretty terrace, much appreciated in summer. A bioclimatic pergola is planned for spring 2025.
