German-born Eva Schmutterer moved here a few years ago. Inspired by the beauty of the landscape and, above all, its colors, she began to create works representing the North Cape that she loves so much. As you browse the gallery, you'll notice that her favorite themes are sometimes a church, sometimes the harbor, sometimes the famous midnight sun that so many tourists come here to admire. These works are made up of large flat areas of color and minute gradations. How does she do it? Go and ask her for her secret!
