A beautiful wooden bar that's well worth a visit, both for its beer list and its menu. In addition to the classic New York bar fare (burgers, charcuterie and cheese plates, mac & cheese), Flatiron Hall offers unique gourmet sandwiches, a variety of appetizers (from pretzels with melted cheddar to tuna tacos) and high-quality hot dishes. The bar is often crowded and a little noisy, even during weekdayafter-work hours. If possible, ask to be on the lower floor, where it's quieter.
