We couldn't be further from Little Italy's tourist pizzerias than Pasquale Jones. Foodies will not be mistaken: here, the pizza dough is light and crispy thanks to the baking in a wood oven, and the pasta, served al dente of course, is tasty. The menu is rather limited, with a dozen dishes to choose from, including Margherita or the audacious Littleneck clam, a clam pizza that has made the house famous. It is not cheap but the prices charged are essentially the same as in the tourist traps in the area.
