In this vegan canteen, inspired by an apothecary shop, you can eat organic and seasonal products for a small fee.
This vegetarian restaurant was created by the founder of the popular Belgian chain Le Pain Quotidien. The setting, inspired by an apothecary's store, is very nice and, amusingly, the waiters who bustle around behind the counter where you have to order are all dressed in white lab coats. The menu focuses on vegetables and organic ingredients, with dishes such as chili con carne and pasta with bolognese sauce, which are made using meat substitutes. It's surprisingly good and, best of all, you don't feel heavy at the end of the meal.
