BENOIT
Cuisine with French flavors in a New York restaurant of chef Alan Ducasse in Manhattan.
Benoit is the New York restaurant of chef Alain Ducasse. Between the quenelles, the roasted chicken, the sweetbreads with mushrooms, the pâté en croute and the snails, it's hard to get more traditional! Besides, Benoit is sometimes criticized for being a bit too French for New Yorkers, who tend to prefer slightly more Americanized restaurants. But for the French palate, everything is there! The room is reminiscent of the brasseries of our country. The place appeals to a slightly older clientele of New Yorkers.
