OSCAR WILDE
Unusual resto-bar offering fish and chips, among the best in New York, and various American and British specialties.
Everything here is a tribute to the Irish poet Oscar Wilde. A bronze sculpture of him is installed near the entrance. Once inside, you are plunged into an opulent Victorian décor: a long bar topped with golden beer taps, a pile of frames and mirrors on every corner of the wall, a large marble fireplace. On the menu, American and British specialities. The fish and chips is one of the best in town. For the end of year celebrations, the restaurant is decked out in lights for a breathtaking result!
