Momofuku KO
American-Korean cuisine prepared by chef David Chang, Mr. Momofuku, in an elegant restaurant in New York City.
Chef and restaurateur David Chang, aka Mr. Momofuku, runs a few restaurants in New York, and each of them is a hit. Here we are in the luxury version of its restaurants with their Korean-American inspired cuisine. In Ko, there are only twelve stools, installed around a long counter behind which is the kitchen, where the cooks are busy. The show is both visual and gustatory. To obtain one of the twelve grails, you must book six days in advance and plan to spend about two hours at the table.
