One of the most beautiful views of the New York waterfront, in a luxurious restaurant and a splendid hotel, the Ritz-Carlton. With its wood panelling, velvet armchairs and subdued, cosy ambience, you'll quickly fall under the spell of this restaurant, which has a long-standing reputation. The Sunday breakfasts, served from 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. for US$60, are renowned for being refined and delicious. The choice is quite varied, with steak, tuna and lobster, as well as Hawaiian specialties that are unanimously appreciated. A word of advice: try all the sauces, they're magical. A very good address, both for the setting and the food served.
