NOBU
Excellent sushi and creative Japanese inspired cuisine in a restaurant in TriBeCa.
In New York, who hasn't heard of Nobu, the restaurant born of a partnership between Robert De Niro and chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa? The cuisine is Japanese-inspired, with a new world-flavored trend for creative, unexpected dishes. Some may complain about the price, but when it comes to sushi, this is the best of the best. Established in TriBeCa for twenty-three years, this celebrity-popular institution moved to the Financial District in 2017. Reservations are essential, or you risk not getting a table.

The best restaurant we made in New York: a refined and creative cuisine inspired by Japanese, of course, but m^elée other flavours: in cold dishes, the ceviche lobster was to have fallen, hot dishes, the sea urchin tempura a marvel of it. the same for the king crab.
Magnificent wine list.
Unfortunately, it is quite expensive: it is difficult not to exceed €100 with wine.
But magical place, although De Niro is not.
