BENNY’S BURRITOS
Generous and cheap cal-mex cuisine in a restaurant with a vintage decor and a pleasant terrace in Manhattan.
A cool little restaurant with kitschy 1960s decor, pink walls and Formica tables, always packed. It serves plentiful portions of cal-mex (California-Mexico) cuisine with every possible topping, at low prices and for a young crowd, in the warm atmosphere of the East Village and Alphabet City border. Start with a piña colada or a daiquiri (as well served as the dishes), before lunch or dinner at the counter, on the terrace or on the small Formica tables.
