Born in 1868 in the meatpacking district and still recognizable at night by its brightly lit front, this establishment is intended for meat lovers. It takes advantage of its location close to wholesalers and offers steak specialities that are always perfect: chateaubriand for two with fresh vegetables of the day, béarnaise sauce, grilled tomatoes and potatoes, portherhouse steak, filet mignon... The quality of the meats, scientifically aged for four weeks, is impeccable, and the desserts are as impressive as the steaks.
