A vast, elegant and minimalist space serves as the setting for this trendy restaurant, managed by the unmissable Danny Meyer. The recipes, inspired by American cuisine, are inventive and refined. The cheese and wine list is endless and the cuisine varies with the seasons. The cheapest menu is offered at lunchtime, as well as the à la carte dishes, which are almost all prepared over a wood fire in the annex. In the evening, fixed price menus only, with or without wine and food pairing. An excellent table that is unanimously acclaimed in New York.
