Restaurant with inventive American cuisine created by chef Danny Meyer, one of the best in Manhattan.

This is one of the best American kitchens in Manhattan, according to foodies. The decor is sober, the service impeccable, and the menu stands out for its inventiveness: duck with lemon and pear cooked in honey, spinach flan, tuna filet mignon and grilled eggplant, roasted quail with mushrooms, and a daily changing special. A highly recommended gastronomic stop, masterfully managed by renowned chef Danny Meyer, author of the best-selling Union Square Café Cookbook.
