Superb restaurant of French cuisine in the theater district of New York.
The meeting place for New York's French community. Located in the Theater District, and more precisely in what used to be the French Quarter, Tout Va Bien is a discreet but reliable address for French restaurants. Discreet and unmissable. Fifty years ago, sailors on broadsides used to dine here. Today, this charming and cheerful restaurant is a meeting place for Francophones and Francophiles - French sportsmen and women meet here regularly. The dining room, with its comfortable red leather banquettes and attentive, friendly waitresses in the style of Brittany, is decorated with paintings, but above all with photos of entertainers, whose loyalty is surely the best guarantee of quality for this restaurant serving the most classic of French cuisines: filet de sole meunière, moules marinières, sautéed kidneys, escargots, frogs' legs, lamb chop, chateaubriand, authentic French wines and crème brûlée for dessert. Sometimes an accordionist comes in, so we push the tables and dance. The owner, Jean-Pierre Touchart, is happy with his lot, his customers are his friends, all is well..

The chef lets himself go to the equipment. It probably think that American not know french cuisine will be satisfied with poor dishes. Too bad!
